Shipping policy
Shipping Rates: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $80 within Australia. For orders under $80, a flat rate of $10 applies. Expedited and overnight shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Shipping Methods and Carriers: We ship using Australia Post.
Shipping Timeframes:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
International Shipping: We ship internationally to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on our website or the carrier’s website.
Shipping Restrictions: We currently do not ship to PO Box addresses. Some items may have shipping restrictions based on local laws.
Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt. If your package is lost, please reach out to us so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
